Karli and her team are just brilliant. Brough our Labrador, has been a part of the DotDot Family since day 1- in fact we vetted Karli before we put the deposit down on our puppy, just so we knew he would be well taken care of whilst we worked! He is now a part of the DotDotFamily and has grown into a big, black, beautiful boy who truly adores the daily visits and we trust DotDot implicitly with his care and wellbeing. Finding DotDot for my little pup Maggie has been an absolute game changer. She has transformed from being a timid little pup, frightened of her own shadow to feeling much more confident and able to socialise and play with other dogs and humans! Maggie cant wait to go and see all her friends at day boarding with Helen C and has an absolutely fantastic time. She's exhausted when she comes home and I receive photographs throughout the day from Helen showing all her fun and frolics. Thank you Helen for taking such good care of her.

As soon as I found out Karli and DotDot had started to produce their own food and treats I knew that the DotDot expertise, enthusiasm and experience that is put into everything the DotDot family take their hand to would not disappoint. I was right! From the day we adopted our Penny we were told she was a fussy eater and by heck was she! From the first day Penny relished her DotDot grub. Now both my dogs always finish their bowls and lick them clean. Since changing to DotDot the main difference I have noticed in my dogs is there is much less wind! A real problem with flat face breeds! They have lovely shiny coats, bright eyes and are full of energy and a very healthy weight. They also relish the treats which I use for training and bribery! And not to mention free delivery.

We trust both Cosmo & Penny with the pet care provided (adhoc walks to accomodate mine and my husbands shift patterns) with the fabulous Pocklington team, and now with the DotDot DogFood too - it's an all round pet care service for us and we couldn't ask for anything more!

DotDot are professional, trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend them. I have a large, energetic and sometimes willful dog which Karli and Helen manage brilliantly daily. Both these ladies are friendly and approachable, they listen and adopt your specific requirements - very important if you love your dog as much as I do mine! What I enjoy most about using DotDot is their use of Whatsapp which provides evidence that my dog has been walked\/run and recieving photos of my enjoying himself in my absence. It truly brightens my day!

We started Frank our GSD on Purina puppy then progressed onto Purina adult but unfortunately it made his stool quite sloppy. We tried other alternatives but with no success so when Karli started her own food we gave the Natural adult dog Fish and Rice a try. Frank instantly woofed it down and his stools solidified within less than a week. Frank is now 3 and a half and has never suffered any more digestive problems and remains to love the food! Also we have the small kibble which is ideal for training treats and reward. The choice of flavours and natural ingredients make it easy to choose one for your pooch! We would not hesitate to recommend Dot Dot Dog Food.

I cannot recommend DotDot pet care enough! From the off the team have been nothing but professional as well as being so warm and welcoming. The team are not just a pet service they are a fantastic bunch of people who really care about what they do and work to the highest standards. DotDot walks my two dogs almost every weekday and they simply adore them. They can both be timid around people however they have loved the team since day one; I only have to say their name now and their tails start wagging! They are 100% attentive to their needs and have already built a fabulous bond with them both which is so reassuring. DotDot have been fab and have made me feel so comfortable knowing that I can go to work without worrying about them as they are in fantastic hands. I also love that I get send little updates and any funny tales (they are plenty with my nutters). So if you are looking for outstanding pet care then DotDot is for you, I just wish I had found the team sooner!

Lola is an adopted dog who had a very poor diet when I got her. High fat and full of sugar which the vet called the equivalent of junk food. It was very important to me to put her on a healthy and nutritious diet and so I did my research and compared DotDot food with other leading brands. DotDot food came out on top for all the things I wanted to keep Lola healthy and happy and Lola loves the taste too! So far she has had the small dog lamb and mint and now that the small dog kibble is available in chicken, that is next on our list. Lola also likes the DotDot chicken treats. They are just the right size for training your dog without over feeding them.

My Initial meeting with the lovely Karli was open friendly whilst professional. I was in fact the first ever customer of DotDot Pet Care and can confirm that Karli went into this with all the correct accreditation's, insurance and safeguards in place. Finn is a full time member of the family and has been now for over 7 years - I get video's photo's and updates including maps of the walk. The team is a delight to deal with and Finn loves his walks with them. Cant recommend enough!!

We had an amazing dog walker in West Yorkshire and we were so worried we wouldn't find anyone as good when we moved. We needn't have worried, Steve walks our two beagle boys three times a week and is fantastic! The boys absolutely love him and they are always well cleaned and cared for after. DotDot has looked after my 3 GSP's both in daily dog walking whilst at work, and house sitting when we have gone abroad. The alternative of having to put my babies into a kennel when im away is amazing- and knowing they are in safe hands with lots of walks and love and cuddles is brilliant. Cost effective for me as a sliding scale price for walking 3-its the ideal service for happy and healthy dogs. Karli runs with my 3 which means they get a good 5 miles in 45minutes!

Betty joined the DotDotFamily over 2 years ago (3x40 min walks a week). It is safe to say that when she joined she was not the most confident of dogs and struggled to socialise with other pooches - but in no time at all being part of the DotDotFamily changed all this! She now not only enjoys her DotDot walkies every week, but she has also been on the DotDot DogFood for over a year now. She was also quite picky with her food and didnt eat every meal; she now has the Grain Free Lamb, Sweet Potato & Mint recipe and consistently eats her meals every day! I like the fact it is a high meat content and is grain free, which really helps Betty's sensitive tummy. it is also a great price too for a dry food of such great quality.

I would highly recommend both the food and the pet care services!

I couldnt rave about DotDot enough. Moving back to Market Weighton I was so worried about introducing a new dog walker to our very timid rescue dog but what can I say. With such patience and love, everyone who walks Nancy is getting more and more out of her. She is socializing with people and other dogs so much better and thats all thanks to Karli and the team. The photos and messages give me constant peace of mind and its always lovely to see when she makes it to the Friday photos!! I cannot thankyou all enough xx

DotDot have helped with walking Dave our dog twice weekly after our original dog walker kept letting us down. Some of Dave's walks are 'normal' walks and some are 1-2-1 training walks. Dave is a very excitable 1year old Labrador/Lurcher and he loves his DotDot walks - we have noticed his excitable behaviour and lead walking has massively improved with the help of DotDot.

Our GSD Frank needed more than just letting out for a wee whilst we were at work so we contacted Karli who came round and gave an extremely thorough explanation of how DotDot worked. We were very nervous at first trusting people with our boy - but there was no need to be! Frank has the time of his life and runs off lead with his many new friends around beautiful countryside in the expert hands of the DotDot team. He is now much calmer and relaxed around other dogs and on the lead with us. I can say without a doubt that our time with Frank has been enhanced due to the interactions he he has with DotDot, oh and he has also learned how to swim! We cannot recommend DotDot highly enough.

Karli and her team are all fantastic, they spoke to us before we got our puppy about the process, and then came round to meet us and went through everything with us. We both work shifts so have different requirements each week which they can always accommodate. They put your mind at ease leaving your fur baby in their care when you go to work. They are friendly and caring and always there for help and advice with our new puppy. The bonus is he really loves each of the team - we wouldn't leave our boy with anyone else!

After discovering my spaniels ear problems were yeast infections I did a little research and found out it is quite often food related. I switched to a grain free food which did make a difference but he still had some issues. Having returned to England I tried a new brand from Dotdot, My dogs loved it and I loved the ingredients that were in it, plus it was very reasonably priced. After a month or so I was truly elated to find my spaniel had completely clean healthy ears and was not chewing at his paws anymore! I get the adult chicken and sweet potato with herbs. All my dogs love the taste, are in great shape and have healthy clean teeth and coats! I am over the moon with this food and will continue with it!

I started my cocker spaniel on DotDot food about a year ago. I was looking for a dried food that contained at least 50% meat and was grain free. Found the perfect food with DotDot that was great value and delivered to my door. Had no hesitation on starting my puppy on it a few months later. We have tried every flavour and my dogs love them all! They are both food driven dogs so I can even use the food for training purposes as well as the dog treats that DotDot also do. DotDot food comes out on top with every comparison I have done with other makes of food including the ingredients, price etc. The vet comments on my spaniel's coat, teeth etc and DotDot food definitely helps with that. My dogs love the food, they stay fuller for longer and are happy, healthy dogs.

A huge thank you to DotDot and our dog sitter Sheran. We have been away for a long weekend and as this was the first time we have left our baby we were a little anxious, but had no need to be! Sheran has showered her with love and affection and given her lots of walks. We had regular updates and photos which put our mind at rest. We now use DotDot every day for Hera's walkies and would highly recommend this amazing service.

Wow is all I can say! We use the Pocklington team for daily dog walks and recently we had a live in service from DotDot whilst we went abroad. All the team are fantastic and have done wonders with our dogs who are mainly anxious rescues. The dogs had the best holiday ever - lots of walks, a trip to the beach and we got daily updates and photos of their adventures.

I cannot recommend the team more highly. All the staff are lovely, genuine and caring and Karli the owner goes above and beyond. We will never use kennels again. Thanks to all the team.
